Welcome to Springdale Presbyterian Church

Springdale Presbyterian Church is at 7812 Brownsboro Road, Louisville, KY 40241. We worship at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. After worship (September through May) we Learn & Serve (educational and mission activities for all ages), with more opportunities for learning and service throughout the summer.

Childcare is provided for children 5 and younger. We invite all children to sit with their families until the Passing of the Peace, then come to the front row for the Time with Disciples, after which they may return to their families, go to the activity table at the back of the sanctuary, or go to childcare in rooms 204/208, across from the choir room.

The organization and its member congregations are committed to following the risen Christ, and seeking to make the Church a true community of hospitality, by working for the full participation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) people in the life, ministry and witness of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and in society.

We are a "Matthew 25" Congregation, which means that we're part of a denominational vision that focuses on three concrete expressions of our faith: building congregational vitality; dismantling structural racism; and eradicating systemic poverty. Beyond that, we have committed to be a force for anti-racism in our community. WE'RE AN ACCESSIBLE CONGREGATION

Springdale is a congregation that's not only accessible spiritually, but physically as well. Each entrance is accessible to those with physical disabilities. A universal, non-gendered, accessible restroom is available for families or individuals on each floor level. The building is equipped with an elevator to access both floors, and spaces to accommodate wheelchairs are provided at various points within the sanctuary. We also have hearing assistive devices to use in Worship.
