Our worship of
God is central to all we do as Christians. At Springdale we seek to
worship in a way which brings honor and glory to God while at the same
time strengthening each of us to be more faithful disciples of Jesus
Christ in our everyday lives.
Make
a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come into his presence with singing.
Psalm 100:1-2

Celebration Worship (8:30 a.m.) uses a less-formal and more
contemporary style. Singing is led by a praise team and
accompanied by electronic keyboard. Prayer concerns and joys are
shared. Worshipers are invited to "come as you are." Preaching
and prayer are integral to the service.
Our
traditional service (11 a.m.) is similar to what
you will experience in most Presbyterian churches. Singing is led by
our Chancel Choir and pipe organ. Our handbell choirs and other
instrumentalists often enhance the service. Worship is led by our
pastors and lay liturgists. Again, preaching and prayer are
integral. Whichever service appeals to you, we invite you to worship
with us very soon.
